You are paying for the time and expertise of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Fees are due at the time of service. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist is restricted to sign-on if your out-of-pocket cost has not been paid or if there are any outstanding balances. If there is no payment, go to step 3. However,

Your out-of-pocket cost for services will vary based on your insurance plan, and is due at time of service.  The amount may be impacted by the deductible payments you have already made for services at other health care providers.  Iaomai contacts your insurance company to determine what you owe and will have that information ready for you. IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact your insurance carrier directly to obtain this information regarding telehealth versus in-person.
